1How do I get started?
First, you can visit our website and book a demo. After you fill out and send the form, our salesperson will reach you within 24 business hours. We will gladly assist you throughout the process. If you find our service suitable for your business, we will comprehensively explain the next steps with one-on-one meetings.
2How long does the TricorUnify contract last?
Our SaaS contract lasts for one year. So, you don’t have to worry about monthly renewals.
3What if there is a change of registered employee numbers in the middle of a contract? Will there be an additional bill?
Yes, there will be an additional charge to add new employee(s) in the middle of a contract.
4What payment methods does Tricor provide?
We currently accept payment via bank transfer. For the payment plan, we provide monthly and full payment plans. The full payment plan shall make it more convenient for you — no worry about monthly bills.
5Do we need to install an app to access TricorUnify?
