• Be part of the Development team to design and setup development framework of the new and exciting web environments
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the product’s innovation, stability and quality
• Ensures all development is of high quality and comply with the required specifications
• Drives innovation with new value added ideas and methods for all aspects of the product
• Able to lead and stimulate effective meetings with internal clients to understand customers’ needs and translate those requirements into functional solutions
• To be able to work with the development team and to involve in the product design, coding, testing and release to production To ensure timely release of assigned products and project deliverables

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalents Minimum 2 years of working experience as Software Tester in HCM/Payroll products or the related fields
• Ability to write test plans and test cases
• Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English required. Mandarin literacy would be a strong advantage
• Possess knowledge and experience in automated testing using Selenium and Python would be a strong advantage
• Possess technical/programming background and MSSQL/Oracle would be a strong advantage

• Knowledge and experience in .net development with ASP.NET WebForms, ADO.NET, JQuery, CSS 3.0 and MSSQL
• Team player, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, good analytical and communication skills.
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning, very adaptive and highly motivated
• Possess analytical and problem – solving skills
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is essential

• To analyze user’s and product’s needs; formulate technical specifications and design
• To work closely with the software developers to ensure compliance with software development frameworks, methodologies and best practices
• To mentor developers/ software engineers to help them understand concepts of re-usability and other design principles
• To continuously and actively contribute in the advancement of the product’s innovation, stability and quality

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or equivalents
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning, very adaptive and highly motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in PowerBuilder or ASP .NET C# (Web Form) would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Oracle and/or MSSQL

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

• Plan and implement human capital management system for end-users.
• Provide training to end-users
• Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting technical problems and functional issues.
• Handle any other projects or duties as delegated by the Management

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related fields.
• Must have good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates in IT & software are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases would be an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport.
